Either you take the estimate to your insurance company or we can approach your insurance company with your estimate on your behalf

Step 3
Once we have received authority to repair from your insurance company we will contact you with a booking in date that best suits both parties.

Step 4
Professional Panel beaters and refinishers will commence repair work to vehicle. An estimated time for repair will also be given at this time.

Step 5
Once our team have completed the work we will notify you via telephone that you vehicle is ready for collection.

Step 6
Once you signed the Collection and satisfaction note will require any outstanding payments due at this time i.e. Insurance Excess

Step 7
We regret that vehicles cannot be released without payment. Cash, Cheque and credit cards are accepted.
